Several years ago my Aunt called me on the phone to ask me if I could help her with some extra cash because she was going through foreclosure. She was going through a really rough time. Job loss and she also told me she had lung cancer and the medical bills were mounting. At the time I did not have any idea of how I could help her. It bothered me for a long time and I started doing research on foreclosure and the choice(s) people have when they in foreclosure. Needless to say my aunt died about 6 months later and I was never able to help her. Therefore, in her honor, I dedicated myself to helping others that are facing foreclosure with the knowledge that I have gained in my research.
